Hello. Several days ago, I came across another puzzle which was also apparently invented by the Japanese and which goes by the name of "Kurodoko".

Anyway, from what I can decipher from the name of the puzzle, "Kurodoko" apparently translates into English as "Where are the black cells?" For me, the puzzles are quite interesting as I have tried several. By the way, some also call the puzzle as "Kuromasu".

I have been browsing at the puzzles available here and I think that there are currently no "Kurodoko" puzzles. Does anyone here think that it should be included in the puzzle list ?

There is a Wikipedia article about this puzzle by the entry name of "Kuromasu".

I agree - just solved the Wikipedia sample and liked it.

One thing that bothers me: there are different genres so that the numbered square itself is included or not. Even here there are both, so I can't say which way it should be defined now.
