Only 4 stars but it stumped the SudokuWiki Solver...I haven't seen that happen before with one of these puzzles.

Aren't all alphametics of 4+ stars basically just brute force?

It's the operator. You're right, that should probably be fixed.

Interesting but seemed like an awful lot of trial and error. I couldn't make very many interesting deductions along the way. Unless I missed something?

I got stuck after entering in about a dozen numbers, but then I found a hidden pair in column 2 (row 2 and 9) that forced row 9 column 1. That unlocked the rest of the puzzle for me.
