My time on this was 2-4 minutes.Only the last part(the bottom left-most 9)needs some work.Maybe it is a 3*!

That could be; 3* was Bram's original suggestion. I had more difficulty with it, so I rated it a bit higher during the verification.

I solved it pretty fast as well, but I 'cheated' a bit because I went with a hunch that panned out. Going with straight lines allows for the most landmass without collisions, and this puzzle had a lot that.
Pretty impressive to make one of these with so little clues, and have a nice symmetry to them as well with the multiple 9-6 crosses.

Yes, have to agree this wasn't a 4 but maybe a 3. Only a bottom left needed work, and after one trial and error it became obvious that space (or lack thereof) was the problem.
BTW, nice surprise to get 4 puzzles in one day!!

Weel, it's been proposed by people that my stream islands were too hard in general, but it was on the 3-4 star boundry by judges score and the user times have moved it down to 3 by now.
The advantage kinda is that a lot of this puzzle solves very intuitively (with the islands kinda dripping down to the bottom as you'd expect from the clues being at the top) and that might make it easier and others aren't as intuitive as this one.
