Ah, this explains a lot. However, it doesn't even say 1 star per group. It just has a picture of a big star with no number. But yes, there are many solutions for 1 star per group..

I tried it yesterday and could not progress logically.It does appear to be solvable,but i am surprised how it was accepted with such a low grading.

I was not the initial verifier, but just took care of re-verifying. Star battles aren't my normal strength, but I was able to solve this one reasonably quickly through a completely logical path (with 2*, of course). I can elaborate if anyone is interested, but I feel the rating's accurate of the required logic.

Nice puzzle and appropriately rated. I confess I peeked at the solution before the star count was corrected, but only to confirm the right star count
